Regular building hours

The Abdul Ladha Science Student Centre (ALSSC) is open 8am – 8pm from Monday to Friday, and closed on weekends.

The building is closed during holidays, and days outside of Terms 1 or 2 in the Winter Session.

Meeting room bookings

Meeting room bookings for the upcoming week should written in the bookings binder in the lobby before Friday 3pm of its preceding week. Priority for meeting rooms are as follows: SUS group, Science club, Student Organization, UBC organization. Rooms 103, 104, and 105 are bookable.

Please note: Room 103 has limited availability as it will hold the majority of SUS meetings. There will be no bookings during Science Week (last week of January). Exam period bookings in December and April will be limited to study group sessions.

Building bookings

The ALSSC can be booked for public and private functions, year-round. Contact the Building Manager for details, and to arrange a booking.
